I do not offer a flat price per square foot for your flooring project. The reason for this is then I would be making all the decisions for you before we even discussed what you would like accomplished. I am experienced with many types of wood and floor finishes. All floor finishes have their own unique benefits but do have varying degrees of cost. I would be happy to discuss these with you. You need to make an educated decision about the work to be done in your own home and I can give you the information you need to make the one that best fits your needs. Why go with the floor finish and wood that I only like to use? I promise you will know exactly what you are paying for before the project begins instead of at the end.
